When you wake up, every morning, give thanks to the
Almighty God and pray for His guidance for your purpose each day. The text of
The Lord’s Prayer in Matthew 6:9-13 can be a great place to start.

Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes each day and
spend a day, every week, to be with yourself. Learn to appreciate and enjoy
your own company.
3.
Take a 10-30 minute walk every day & as you
walk, SMILE. It is the ultimate anti-depressant.
4.
Eat more foods that grow on trees and plants and
eat less food that is manufactured in plants.
5.
Drink plenty of water. Yes, water. It is the best
beverage, ever!
6.
Try to make at least three people smile/happy each
day.
7.
Don’t waste your precious time and energy on
gossip, energy vampires, issues of the past, negative thoughts or things you
cannot control. Instead invest your energy in the positive present moment.
8.
Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and
dinner like a pauper.
9.
Life isn’t fair, but it’s still good. Celebrate
life!!!
10.
Life is too short to waste time hating anyone.
Forgive them for everything!
11.
Don’t take yourself so seriously. No one else does.
12.
You don’t have to win every argument. Agree to
disagree.
13.
Make peace with your past so it won’t spoil the
present.
14.
Don’t compare your life to others. You have no idea
what their journey is about.
15.
No one is in charge of your happiness except you.
Therefore, mind your business!

Frame every so-called disaster with these words: ‘This
too shall pass!!!’

Help the needy. Be generous! Be a ‘Giver’ not always
a ‘Taker’. The saying, ‘Givers never lack’ is TRUE.

What other people think of you is none of your
business.

However good or bad a situation is, it will change.

Your job won’t take care of you when you are sick.
Your family and friends will. Your job will end some day and you will come home
to your family and friends. Therefore, build and maintain good relationships.
Stop burning your bridges and erecting unnecessary walls!

Envy is a waste of time. You already have all you
need. Don’t dwell on what you want.

Each night before you go to bed, thank God for what
you’ve accomplished, and pray for a better tomorrow!

Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.
